When the water is freezing!

When the water freezes!
Don’t we all have days like this?

You already know it when you wake up in the morning.

The first thing you do is hit your little toe in the headboard.

When you then go to the stable and notice that the water hose is frozen, even though you have done your best to empty it, even though you have put a blanket over it.

Then you go up and check the water tubs and of course the horses have kicked one apart, to kick holes in the ice, although you have done that and removed the ice before you went to bed.

I have moved to Hungary, just to have less winter (which I also have) but of course, there will be days like this / nights, with frost and misery.

Just can not understand how I endured for several months in Sweden in this way!

How do you do then?

How do you go about not wanting the horses where the pepper grows and not just ignoring everything?

For my own part, I try to think positively, even if it is very difficult in that particular situation. I try to remember something that I can laugh at and try to laugh at myself, what I probably look like in other people’s eyes.

I also tell myself that I do not have to, but I choose to do what I do and usually I can be in a slightly better mood.

It’s a waste of time to be angry and grumpy and if you look long enough, you can always find something you can be grateful for 🙂
